How a cohort works.

Educator creates a cohort

A professor, tutor, or university admin sets up a cohort in minutes. We do a quick review so cohorts only go live with real instructors — no random codes floating around.

Code is generated

Every cohort gets a 7-character code in the format ABC1234 (three letters, four digits). Unique per cohort, unique per semester.

Students join with the code

Students enter the code at signup and skip plan selection — they go straight into the course, exam, and assignments their educator set up.

Common questions

Cohort students don't pick a plan or an exam — those are set by you. Their dashboard, quizzes, and study materials only show what's part of the cohort. They can't URL-jump into other content.
